1. General

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to purchases made by consumers on the website https://twistboxes.com (the “Website”), owned and operated by:

By placing an order on the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms as they appear at the time of purchase.

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a legal guardian in accordance with applicable law.

These Terms apply exclusively to consumer purchases and do not apply to purchases made for commercial resale unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.


2. Products

All products sold on the Website are intended for personal use and must be used in accordance with the instructions, guidelines, and safety information provided with the product.

Product images and descriptions are intended for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in appearance, color, or specification may occur and do not constitute a defect.

We reserve the right to update, modify, discontinue, or replace products without prior notice.


3. Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order on the Website, you submit an offer to purchase the selected products.

A legally binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. An automatically generated order receipt does not in itself constitute acceptance.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, for reasons including but not limited to:

  • product unavailability
  • errors in pricing or product information
  • suspected fraud or misuse
  • delivery or regulatory restrictions
  • circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, any amount paid will be refunded without undue delay.


4. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in your local currency based on your selected market and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs and any optional services are clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payment is processed at the time of order using the payment methods available at checkout. Payment handling is carried out by secure third-party payment providers. Twistboxes does not store payment card details.

For announced price reductions in the EEA, Twistboxes complies with applicable pricing regulations, including prior price disclosure where required.


5. Delivery & Shipping

Available delivery options, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are displayed at checkout based on your destination. Final prices are always shown before completing your order.

All shipments include tracking. Duties and taxes are included where applicable (Delivered Duty Paid – DDP) in supported markets, meaning no additional fees are charged upon delivery for those orders.

Delivery times are estimates calculated from the date your order is shipped and may vary due to carrier operations, customs handling, or events beyond our control.

Orders placed and paid before 12:00 CET on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) are normally shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time are shipped the next business day.

If we are unable to deliver your order for any reason, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.


6. Transfer of Risk

The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the products are delivered to you (or a person designated by you) and you take physical possession of the products, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

If a product is damaged during transport, please contact us promptly so we can assist you in accordance with applicable law and our Warranty Policy.


7. Shipping Availability & Restrictions

Shipping availability, delivery options, and costs depend on destination and are displayed at checkout.

We do not ship to countries or regions subject to international sanctions, trade restrictions, or regulatory limitations. If your country is unavailable at checkout, shipping is not possible at this time.


8. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days from the date you receive the goods. You must then return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Refunds for withdrawn orders are made in accordance with applicable law. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that the goods have been returned, where permitted by law.

In addition to statutory rights, Twistboxes offers a 365-day voluntary return policy, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Return shipping fees may apply and will be deducted from the refund where applicable.

9. Uncollected Shipments

If an order is not collected from the carrier or delivery point within the specified time and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee.

The handling fee covers return shipping and administrative costs and corresponds to the applicable return fee for the shipping zone. The fee will be deducted from any refund, if applicable.


10. Complaints

If a product is defective or does not conform to the agreement, you have the right to file a complaint in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

For customers in Sweden, the statutory right to complain applies for up to three (3) years from the date you received the product, in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.

You must notify us of the defect within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered it. A notification made within two (2) months is always considered to be within a reasonable time.

How to file a complaint:
To submit a complaint, please contact our customer support team and provide:
– your order number or proof of purchase  
– a description of the issue  
– photos or videos clearly showing the defect, where applicable  

We will assess the complaint and, where applicable, offer repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with mandatory consumer protection laws.

Approved complaints are handled at no cost to you, including shipping and handling where applicable. This right exists independently of, and in addition to, any warranty offered by Twistboxes.


11. Delivery Damage

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.

Such cases are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and our Warranty Policy, which outlines repair, replacement, or refund options where applicable.


12. Warranty

Twistboxes offers a Lifetime Warranty on all products, as described in our Warranty Policy.

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit or replace, your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.


13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, design, and layout, is the property of Twistboxes AB or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.


14. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by applicable law, including liability for personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence.

To the extent permitted by law, Twistboxes shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or purchased products.


15. Force Majeure

Twistboxes is not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, or governmental actions.


16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.

If you have a complaint, please contact our customer support first so we can try to resolve the matter. If we are unable to reach an agreement, consumers may bring disputes before a competent court or a relevant alternative dispute resolution body.

For Swedish consumers, disputes may be referred to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
